A classy, contemporary house in Dublin’s Sandymount.

 

 

This building was a semi-detached house located off Bath Avenue in Dublin 4. It was designed by melted snow architects. The owners requested a single-story extension to the side and two storeys to the rear. They wanted to maximise the use of the front garden. By doing this they relocated the front entrance to the side and changed the aspect of the house in relation to the garden and streetscape.
